What is Autocratic Management Style?
An autocratic management style involves a manager making decisions and directing employees without any input from them. This is centralized decision making which allows decisions to be made quickly, as there is no time spent consulting with employees.
This management style is best used when:

This management style is best used when:

- High experience amongst employees
