PLANNING
ORGANIZING
LEADING
CONTROLLING
Organizing resources to achieve the goals in an optimum fashion
ORGANIZING
Including identifying goals, objectives, methods, resources needed to carry out methods, responsibilities, and dates for completion of tasks.
PLANNING
Organization systems process and structures to reach effectively and efficiently each goals and objectives.
CONTROLLING
Set directions for the organization groups and individuals and also influence people to follow that direction.
LEADING
In this part of business plan to entrepreneur must include the following information accordingly:
-BUSINESS NAME AND LOGO
-VISION, MISSION AND OBJECTIVES OF THE BUSINESS
-ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
-PROFILE OF THE OWNER, MANAGEMENT AND WORKER OR MANAGEMENT SUMMARY.
-It is the first thing customers see.
- it sums up everything about your business.
- it is your unique position on your industry.
BUSINESS NAME
A first seen in all of the company letterhead communicators marketing and advertising pieces of a business as a graphic representation of a symbol for the company.

COMBINATION LOGO
An idealized state that the enterprise wants to achieve at a specific future time.
VISION
Is the purpose for being of the enterprise. Focuses less on what activities happen on the business and more on what the business will accomplish for its customer employees and owners and describe what customers need will be filed.
MISSION
Are also used in some establishment to illustrate the scalability of each position which can also serve to motivate employees. It must displayed in a visible place and printed in large legible type so that each worker can see it
