initial management

MONA
analgesics- diamorphine IV
oxygen if sats below 94
nitrates
aspirin 300mg or 75mg

management

if seen within 12 hours of onset chest pain reperfusion therapy
angiography and PCI stents within 2 hours of seeing them
if PCI not available within two hours fibrinolysis
dual antiplatelet therapy if not dangerous
