What physical changes do we see during the dying process?
-social withdrawal
-decreased senses
-increased sleep
-restlessness
-disorientation
-less food intake (avoid forced feeding)

-hand and feet become purple (less blood flow)
-BP goes down, HR up or down
-apnea
-congestion (rattling sound)
How long does the dying process last?
24h or up to 10-14 days
