What is the purpose of review
examines all information gained from monitoring & auditing activities to ensure that all parts of H&S management systems are working effectively and that policy objectives are being achieved
What is included in planning & implementation
Planning & implementation actions achieves policy objectives by identifying and assessing risks through a risk assessment. Risks are then eliminated through design (Principles of Prevention) or reduced using controls (Control Hierarchy)
