Inhaler/Puffers (Start or Inc. dose) - Ventolin 4-8 puffs every 4 hours
Steroids - Prednisone 50mg
Antibiotics - Amoxicillin 500mg (if Fever and Sputum)

Refer ED for possible admission
Start IV antibiotics
Shift to Oral once stable has has MCS results - Upto 14 days of Ab
Check test of cure - after 1-2 weeks after treatment
