Shake all ingredients with ice and strain

1.5oz sipsmith gin

1oz cocchi sweet vermouth
Big rock in rocks glass
Add all ingredients and stir

2 oz American Woman rye

.5 oz mandarin puree
.25 oz lemon
2 dashes orange bitters

2 dash black walnut bitters
Add ingredients to Beaker
Add ice to beaker
Stir
Strain into martini glass

1 oz blood orange puree

Fill clear glass with ice, shake, dump, serve

Add ice

Build in shaker, clear cup full of ice, shake until cold and FOAMY.
Strain over new ice in rocks glass

1oz giffard aperitif syrup

.5 blood orange puree
1 drop vanilla extract
Build in shaker, add clear cup w ice, shake until cold.
Strain into coup
Top with soda
