Causes
A
PTH related protein (SCC), osteolysis, myeloma.
Really poor prognosis, 75% mortality

Signs/Symptoms
A
Weight loss, polydipsia/uria, Constipation, weakness, confusion, dehydration, siezures.

Management
A
Aggressive rehydration.
Bisphonphonates (allendronic acid, zoledronic) if eGFR below 30.
Can give calcitonin with results within 2 hours but tollerance.
