Scrotum
The sac that holds the testicles
It’s function is to keep the testicles at the right temperature for Soren reproduction
Testicles or Testies
The male sex glands
They produce both the male hormone testosterone and millions of sperm per day
Puberty
Period of sexual development initiated and sustained by hormone release during which a persons becomes sexually mature and physically able to reproduce
Epididymis
One of two tiny tightly coiled tubes connecting each testicle to its vas deferens
The place where sperm are matured and stored
Vas Deferens
The long duct that carries sperm from the testicles
Seminal Vesicles
Produces semen that carries sperm to the urethra, produces the nutrient rich part of the semen
Prostate Gland
Another source of semen called the “gate keeper”
Bladder
Where urine is stored
Coopera Gland
Releases a small amount of clear fluid to cleanse the urethra
Urethra
The duct inside the penis that connects to the bladder
Foreskin
The piece of skin that covers the glans or head
Circumcision
An operation performed on young males which removed the foreskin
Penis
Male sex organ, average size is 4-6 inches maxes of blood vessels and spongy tissue
Glans
Round head or tip of the penis very sensitive
Sperm
Male sex cell (gamete) microscopic living cells produced in the testicles when united with a women’s egg
