Insert portafilter w 7-9g of coffee for single shot
Tap grounds evenly

Add 150-200ml of hot water to dilute
Served with warmed milk

150 ml of hot water poured into cup
Pull single/double shot of espresso directly over coffee
This helps retain crema
What is crema
Golden creamy layer of emulsified oils on top of espresso shot
Its a sign of freshness, well pulled shot
Adds richer flavour
Crema: Americano vs Long Black
Long black: fuller flavour, smoother crema layer
Latte
Pull single/double shot of espresso
Steam 200ml of milk
65C C, thin foam
Pour milk over espresso
Hold back foam
Cappuccino
Single/Double shot of espresso
Steam Milk until foamy
Pour over espresso
Aim for equal parts: espresso, steamed milk, foam
Dust with cocoa powder
Flat white
Pull single/double espresso shot
Steam 150 ml milk until velvety texture
Pour over espresso
Foam minimal
Macchiato
Pull single espresso shot
Add dollop of milk/foam on top of espresso
Mocha
Pull single/double espresso shot
Mix in 1 tbsp chocolate syrup/powder
Steam 150 ml milk
Pour over espresso
Add whipped cream if desired

Pull single shot espresso
Steam 60 ml of milk
Add little foam
Pour over espresso in small glass
Cold Brew
Coarse-ground coffee
Steep in cold water for 12-24h
Refrigerate
Strain
Serve over ice
