In a society, the government expects the family to pay taxes in order to keep running, while the family in turn receives rights and protection by their government. If the family does not pay taxes, the government will not be able to function properly and the family’s rights and protection cannot be ensured.

A board of trustees agree to increase tuition in order to fund new courses that increase the prestige of the university than giving accessibility to more opportunities to students.

The government enacts a law that will allow all mobile phones to be tracked without the consent of its owner. This promotes digital security and greater tools to enforce digital laws and find offenders. However, citizens argue that this law will promote greater persecution of activists and opposition figures.
