Burger patty is 75% chuck, 25% short rib meat and dry-aged fat with Landaff cheddar melted onto the burger.

Chicken breast and de-boned thigh and leg pan-roasted until crispy on both sides and juicy inside

Skuna Bay salmon with local radishes, new potatoes and salsa Verde
70z salmon cooked to medium
Served atop a lemon yogurt and with new potato salad made with local radishes, cucumbers and salsa verde
Topped with shaved horseradish and dill
Steamed black Seabass with avocado, snow peas and shiitake mushrooms
