Airport Drops with EPU

Situation: airport Drops with EPU always disorganized and stressful, causing poor relations with stakeholders.

Task: create a way to increase smoothness of airport Drops and decrease stress related to them.

Action: identified a weakness in communication between the receiving officers and the multiple parties involved in drops. We needed to streamline this process.

I gathered phone numbers, names, titles and emails from all parties from the most used airports, and entered them into an excel sheet. I then wrote an email draft which can be used as a template to send to the contacts I provided when required.

I then emailed all members of the epu the excel sheet of all contacts and the draft email, and said they can use the template and contacts when they are at the beginning stages of planning flight.

Results: from that point forward, anytime a flight was required, a detailed email was sent to all parties needing to be informed, containing all information needed. This allowed for the receiving officer have all points of contacts informed with all information needed all with the click of a button. Relations improved between officers, between stakeholders, and drops became way more efficient.
