The infallible teaching of the Church on a special matter.
What is the Conciliar extraordinary Magesterium?
When the pope calls a meeting of all bishops of the church to settle a matter of dispute.
Or to explore new questions facing the church.
What is the Pontifical Extraordinary Magisterium?
When the Pope can declare some teachings of the Church to be infallible.
Under certain very particularly and rare conditions.

A doctrine defined as infallible by the extraordinary magisterium.

Signifies authority to teach the truth of salvation.
What is an Arch Bishop?
A Bishop that is in charge of churches and Bishops within an assigned area.

These are the ordinary members of the Church.
What are Catechist?
They work in the parish to help others learn about their faith.

Assigned by Pope as a consultant.
Responsible for electing the Pope.
What is a Priest?
Lead the daily mass and provide sacraments.
Assigned to a parish to provide emotional and spiritual care.
What is a Deacon?
They serve the Priests and assist in several sacraments.
They can also give the homily.

‘The task of interpreting the Word of God authentically has been entrusted solely to the Magisterium of the Church, that is, to the Pope and to the Bishops in communion with him’ (CCC100)
What was the speech Jesus gave to Peter?
