o The App will provides an easier and more fun way for people to search for clothes and shop without going to the store and they are able to put outfits together to see what looks best. The app will save people time and it will be more convenient.

• Through our ideas, we decided to focus overall on increasing loyalty among customers, especially Millennials. o Currently Macy’s does not have anything that makes them stand out and attract millennials like other companies have, such as in-store games

How app will create loyalty?

A

o The app and mirror will engage customers with Macy’s and create hype around the brand and provide a new and unique experience
o By creating the app, customers will at least look through Macy’s clothes, whereas before, Macy’s didn’t even come to mind when looking for a place to shop.
o The app will also create loyalty among customers by giving incentives to those who download the app, for example, a customer can get a discount on their first purchase through the app. Customers, especially millennials, are more motivated to shop at places that give them free discounts.
