What is a tri-glyceride made up of?

Why is lard not suitable for vegans?
Lard comes from pigs, vegans do not eat animal products

What is the difference between unsaturated and saturated fats?
Saturated fat chains have all been taken up with carbon atoms (they are full, or saturated), however unsaturated fats only contain one double C-C bond
