the rights of individuals to enter into agreements with

system in the event of noncompliance; based on property rights
Protection of property rights
property rights includes physical property as
well as the right to your training and experience
Labor productivity
the value each employed person creates per unit of his or her
input; determined by a couple factors
Human Captial
accumulated knowledge (from education and experience), skills, and
expertise that the average worker in an economy possesses
technological change
Technological change combination of invention and innovation
Invention advances in knowledge
Innovation putting those advances to use in a new product or service
economies of scale
Economies of scale the cost advantages that industries obtain due to size
