Start point: Open arms slightly (humorous doesn’t touch body)

End point: Humorous parallel to floor

Deltoid
Which handlebars are used for which grip in Shoulder Press?
Distal: Pronated
Proximal: Neutral

Start point: Lift handlebars at height btwn chin and ears
Exhale: Raise arms up
End point: Full extension w/o locking joints

What is the ROM of Seated Chest Press?
Start Point: Push slightly fwd (1-2 inches in front of chest)
Exhale: Push fwd
End point: Extend arms w/o locking
NOTE: WRIST SHOULD NOT BE HYPEREXTENDED

What is the ROM of Pec Dec Fly?
Set up: Turn body to one side and bring pad to middle, turn other way and bring other pad to middle (prevent shoulder injuries)
Start point: Edge of peripheral vision
Exhale: Bring arms across body
End point: Humorous perpendicular to body

Shoulder horizontal adduction

1- Pectoral Group
2- Anterior Deltoid

Lower handles: wheelchair
High handles: pronated/supinated
Middle handles: neutral

1+2- Feet on floor
3- Buttocks w/ seat
What is the ROM of Lat Pull Down?
Start point: Lean back, look straight ahead
Exhale: Bring arms down to side of the body for supinated and pronated; Bring elbows down for neutral
End point: Handles at chin to ear height
What are the muscles in Lat Pull Down?
1- Latissimus Dorsi (lats)
2- Rhomboids
3- Middle trapezius
4- Biceps
5- Teres Major
