Who is Macbeth?
A
- The tragic hero
- who starts off as a brave nobleman
- descends into insanity due to committing regicide and intervening with the supernatural

A
- Wife to Macbeth
- The tyrannical force that convinces Macbeth to commit regicide.
- She takes her own life at the end due to being overwhelmed with guilt

A
- Macbeth’s trusted friend. - He gets prophecies from the Witches but abstains from intervening with the supernatural
- Macbeth gets him killed as he is scared he will threaten his opportunity of becoming King
