-boundary: limit/expected behaviours
-client: individual, fam, group, community
-client centered = holistic approach: listen, inform, involve cl in care
-perception: aware of enviro through 5sense
-personal filters: any nega attitudes/judgements which influence interpretation
-personal rela: shared understanding w/ mutual trust + social bonding
-prof rela: interaction w established appropriate boundaries under governing ethical standards
-rela: bond related/who have dealings w each other
-self concept: understanding of own existence (how you see yourself)
-violate: failure to show respect/ do harm to person
