Lymphoproliferative Flashcards
Asymptomatic. small # of clonal B cells
MBL
primarilly involves lymphoid tissues
Small LL
PB and BM lymphocytosis. Most common. 95% of B cell leukemias. Can get autoimmune disease. cracked mud chromatin.
CLL
elderly disease. 55% are prolymphs.
PLL
confused. mono/lymph properties. phagocyte and Igs. responds to TRAP
Hairy Cell
Reed-Sternberg cells. Poly nucleated. Owl eyes. Malignant clonal proliferation.
Hodgkin’s
Punched out vacules. ass. w/ EBV. L3 conversion
Burkitt’s
Skin lymphoma

Mature lymphs wi/ convoluted cerebriform folds
Sezary Syndrom
plasma cells in Bone Marrow. Russell bodies, flames cells. spike in M protein = monoclonal. 25% of MM are only light chains. IgG production
Multiple Myeloma
> 20% P-cells in blood. ass. w/ rouleux.
Plasma cell leukemia
