What are the risk factors for hodgkins lymphoma?
Family Hx
EBV infection
SES- for those with HL <10yrs associated with low SES and crowding, but in young adults associated with high SES and fewer exposures to children
social contacts
what are the types of classic HL?
Nodular sclerosing

advanced stage
B symptoms
bulk disease
poor response to therapy
what does brentuximab target?
CD30
what cancer can transform in patients with NLPHL?
DLBCL
describe the lugano criteria
1-no uptake above background
2-uptake mediatstinum but liver
5-uptake markedly >liver and or new lesions
1 and 2= CR
