A

A

Condition caused by insult, injury, or obstruction to the lymphatic system.

What are the most common causes of secondary lymphedema?

A
  • Filiariasis (parasite spread by mosquitoes)
  • Cancer-related (especially lymph node removal)

*Risk increases with increase in BMI.
