Where are B cells made? T Cells?
B in bone marrow, T in thymus
What are the secondary lymph organs?
Spleen, tonsils/adenoids, lymph nodes
What is Virchow’s node?

Swelling due to lymph in subcutaneous tissue. Doesn’t pit for the most part.
Lymphadenitis?
Swelling of lymph nodes, skin starts to break down over time
lymphangitis?
Streaking of red over the lymph vessels.
How does location/size/shape/tenderness/consistency/degree of fixation/margins give you info about the lymph node?
Size (big is worse), location (generalized means systemic, or Virchow’s node enlargement is bad news), shape (small, contained, shotty nodes are good), consistency (hard, soft, mushy?), fixation (fixed is bad), margins (clear margins is good)
