A

Doxycycline- children over 8 and adults
Amoxicillin- children under 8 and pregnant/breastfeeding women

Positive screening for enzyme immunoassay (EIA), immunofluoresence assay (IFA).
IgG/IgM western blot for Borrelia Burgdorferi
