A

IV amoxicillin and metronidazole and gentamicin. Stepped down to co amoxiclav for 7-10 days PO

A

How would you treat an acute exacerbation of COPD or non pneumonic LRTI?

A

Amoxicillin or doxycycline for 5 days. (Give antibiotics if breathless, increased sputum, increased sputum purulence)
