CXR 2 within 2wks >40 with 2 or more of which symptoms

Answer 2

cough, fatigue, SOB, chest pain, weight loss, Appetite loss

CXR within 2wks ever smoked and 1 or more of which symptoms

Answer 3

cough, fatigue, SOB, chest pain, weight loss, Appetite loss

Question 4

Consider CXR within 2wks if >40 if 1 or more of the following

Answer 4

Persistent/ recurring chest infection
Finger clubbing
Supraclavicular/clavicular lymphadenopathy
Chest signs like lung cancer
Thrombocytosis
