A

Diffuse idiopathic pulmonary neuroendocrine cell hyperplasia

  • Rare, middle aged women, non-smokers with chronic cough or asthma
  • Small nodules (tumourlets), bronchiolitis obliterans, mosaic perfusion, ground glass, bronchial wall thickening/plugging (non-specific)
