> CXR- nodules, masses, pleural effusions, collapse

> Contrast enhanced CT of lower neck, thorac and upper abdomen- Size, location and extent of primary tumour

CT chest, liver and adrenal glands- Lymphadenopathy and direct mediastinal invasion
