What is most likely? CAP Atypical pneumonia PE Acute HF Aspiration pneumonia
Aspiration pneumonia! Associated with patients unable to adequately protect their airway
Often leads to a sudden deterioration and desaturation
Commonly gram negative bacilli and S aureus implicated in healthcare associated aspiration
