A
Well defined, mobile, smooth, soft with no associated masses

How will a malignant tumour present upon examination
A
Ill defined, immobile, irregular, hard, associated masses, organomegaly (enlargement of organs) and reduced function of muscle/nerve

Ill defined, no capsule, invadiong local tissue, heterogenous signal pattern, metastases in organs/lymph nodes
