Innervation of Obturator nerve?
Motor to all muscles in medial thigh and obturator externus
Sensory to skin over upper medial aspect of thigh
Innervation of Femoral nerve?
Motor to all muscles in anterior thigh
Motor to iliacus and pectineus
Sensory to skin of anterior thigh, anteromedial knee, medial side of leg and medial side of foot
Innervation of Lateral cutaneous nerve?
sensory innervation to skin on anterior and lateral aspect of thigh
What are the nerves of the sacral plexus that you need to know?
Tibial Nerve
Superior gluteal nerve
Inferior gluteal nerve
Common fibular nerve
What spinal nerves form Sacral plexus and location?
L4-S4
Forms on posterior wall of pelvis
Most nerves exit via greater sciatic foramen
