What is the difference between nociceptive, peripheral neurogenic, and central sensitization pain?
Nociceptive pain: proportional to the injury, can describe aggravating and easing factor, no radiating symptoms/night pain
Peripheral neurogenic pain: pain is located in dermatomal/cutaneous distribution, positive neurodynamic tests, history of nerve pathology
Central sensitization: pain not proportionate to injury
