Pain in maleolar zone (front of ankle) and tenderness at posterior edge of ankle or over the lateral malleolus

Pain in midfoot region (top of foot) and tenderness over the navicular or base of the 5th metatarsal

Inability to weight bare (4 steps) immediately and in ED
