Mx: rest, limited quads 2-4m

A

INFECTIOUS: septic arthritis, post infectious (G.A.S - ARF), transient synovitis
REACTIVE: post infectious, JRA,
HAEMATOLOGIC: HSP,
FRACTURE & DISLOCATION: SUFE/SCFE, Legg-Calve-Perthes, Congenital Dislocation
Other: referred pain
