distal aspect of the biceps femoris near attachment to the posterolateral surface of the fibular head

distal aspect of the medial hamstring tendons near their attachment to the posterior medial surface of the tibial condyle

lateral aspect of meniscus along the joint line
Where is the medial meniscus tender point?
medial knee joint line
Where is the anterior cruciate tender point?
superior aspect of popliteal fossa adjacent to the hamstring tendons
Where is the posterior cruciate tender point?
slightly below center or popliteal fossa
Where is the popliteus tender point?
in the muscle belly just inferior to the popliteal space
Where is the extension ankle tender point? (gastrocnemius)
within the proximal gastrocnemius muscles distal to popliteal margin
Where is the medial ankle tender point? (inversion)
anterior and inferior to the medial malleolus along deltoid ligament
