Tibialis anterior

A: ankle inversion & dorsiflexion

Tibialis posterior
O: interoseous membrane, adjacent tibia and fibula
I: navicular & most tarsals and metatarsals
A: ankle inversion, assists in plantar flexion
N: tibial nerve (L5, S1)
