-Increase flexion, internal rotation, adduction
-Decrease pain when client has pain as their dominant presentation
Hip posterior lateral glide
-Increase flexion, medial rotation, adduction at 90 degrees hip flexion
-Helpful for complaints of pain in positions similar to hip impingement and squatting
Hip anterior glide
-Increase hip extension, external rotation and abduction

-Assess for tibiofemoral joint impairment
-To increase all motion & decrease pain
