  • Neer classification
  • Most can be treated non-operatively
  • Axillary nerve damage most common in proximal fractures (regiments)
  • Radial nerve damage most common in distal fractures (back of hand sensation and/or wrist drop)
  • Avascular necrosis causes pain and stiffness

  • Garden’s classification
  • Hip fracture cc management
  • Shaft fracture can be open or closed management
