Cost of building? Cost of repairs/outfitting with utilities/lighting/heating/cooling?
Is the rent and lease favourable?
Location convenient for yourself/others to access?
Is the facility consistent with the image you would like to maintain?
Are there competitors nearby who are likely to attract your customers?
Is there parking nearby, and adequate?
