- Conflicting traffic - pilot will be advised of the bearing, distance and level (if known) of traffic
- updates only given if requested or confusion persists
- Pilot decides if avoiding action is needed

- Pilot is responsible for terrain clearance and collision avoidance
- Ask for changes to deconfliction service if required
