How do you define a local control for AC block?

A

local controller provides control and protection for pairing of PCS with battery pack. The PCS may have sub PCS within itself controlled by PCS controller. One local control device per power dispatch interface.

  • Li SOC Limit - Indicator that SOC limit hit; means power command may not be met as maintaining SOC is higher priority. This is indicator only, and may in many applications be an expected run condition.
  • ES Command Error -* Energy Scheduling command error. When active, power is curtailed to zero. Energy Schedule commands must be set for correct polarity*
  • ES Command OoB - *A scheduled Energy Schedule mode command (power or SOC command for at least one of the 96 entries) is out of bounds; see Energy Schedule holding register command definition for min/max bounds *

  • Override Active - A test mode or factory override is active
