Issued to notify supported units of weather that could impact operations. Issued within a 50 NM radius. A terminal area advisory is issued within a 5 NM radius.
Define a weather watch
Issued to a supported agency to notify personnel of the potential severe weather before actually issuing a weather warning. Does no indicate severe weather is but that there is potential for severe weather
