Why use Global Load Balancer
Users and instances globally distributed, users need access to same apps and content, and want to provide access using single anycast IP addresses
Regional Load Balancers
Internal TCP/UDP, Network TCP/UDP, Internal HTTP(S)
Managed Instance Group Definition
Collection of identical VM instances controlled as a single entity using an instance template
