How to deal with disclosures of abuse and suspected abuse?
-Duty to report - Important not to ignore the signs that puts an individual at risk of abuse.
-Report appropriately-Each organisation will have it’s own reporting procedures for both disclosing of abuse and suspected abuse.
-Reporting procedures- include how to ensure that any evidence is preserved, how to record accurately, what you have noticed and what others have heard
