what is whistleblowing
raising concerns to a senior member of staff, manager or even CQC and OFSTED. Raising concerns should not include fear of precautions.It allows staff to reflect and improve

providing information about complaint procedures
the organisations complaint procedures should be provided
knowing who to complain to
internal or external complaint
providing an advocate if needed
