Something that prevents a player from participating in a sport

A
- cultural difference
- lack of disposable income
- Different religions (e.g. Islam) has certain conditions that women must remain covered up

A
- Lack of disposable income (rely on pensions)
- child care (they usually have to take care of family members, typically grandchildren)
- poor mobility & physical health

A
- Money (it’s expensive for family sessions so decide otherwise)
- Lack of time (parents constantly occupied with other issues)

A
- lack of disposable income (may be living on a low income job and can’t afford sessions or equipment )
- lack of time (constantly busy, without a partner for support)

- Lack of sessions (no sessions targeted for kids)
- dependancy (dependant on an adult to provide and pay for the facilities and equipment)
- peer pressure (others opinions influences children’s perception)
- gender stereotypes (a girl may not be able to join a “boy” sport)

- Lack of motivation
- Other entertainment sources (on the Internet and social media platforms)
- Lack of time (due to revision, school work and exams)

- lack of specialised equipment (e.g. Wellchairs)
- lack of specialised coaches & teachers
- poor access to facilities (no toilets or disabled changing spaces)
