Movement
-Animals move from place to place
- plants open and close their petals, and turn to face the sun.
RESPERATION
Respiration is the release of energy from food
SENSITIVITY
Living things are aware of everything around them
-animals can react quickly
- plants plants react to light water and gravity slowly.
FEEDING
Plants make their own food.
Animals need to eat plants or other animals to stay alive.
EXCRETION
Excretion is the removal of wastes that have been made is the body of an animal or plants (ie. Urine and feces)
Sweat water carbon dioxide and urine are excreted by animals
Water and oxygen are excreted by plants.
REPRODUCTION
Making babies
GROWTH
Growing larger and taller.
