Animals move from place to place.plants open and close petals ,and turn to face the sun

Respiration is the release of energy from food
Sensitivity
Living things are aware of what is around them.Animals can react quickly.Plants react to light,water and gravity slowly
Feeding
Plants make there own food.
Animals need to eat plants or other animals to get energy.
Excretion
Excretion is the removal of wastes that have been made in the body of an animal or plant. Sweat,carbon dioxide,urine and water are excreted by animals
Water and oxygen ate excreted by plants.

Cannot make the own food
Divided into invertebrates and vertebrates.

Vertebrates do not have a backbon e.g. worms,insects,snails

Vertebrates Have a back bone e.g. human,dog,fish,birds

Fixed in one position
Make there own food (photosynthesis)
