Animals move from place to place
Plants open and close petals and turn to face the sun
Respiration
Is the release of energy from food
Sensitivity
Living things are aware of what is around them. Animals can react quickly. Plants react to light water and gravity slowly
Feeding
Plants make their own food. Animals need to eat plants or other animals to get energy
Excretion
Excretion is the removal of wastes that have been made In the body,such as sweat carbon dioxide,urine and water
Oxygen and water are excreted by plants
Reproduction
Making little versions of themselves
Growth
Getting bigger
Animals
Can move
Cannot make their own food
Divided into invertebrates and vertebrates
Vertebrates have a back bone e.g. human,dog,fish,birds
Invertebrates do not have a back bone e.g. worms insects snails
